I work at the intersection of analytics, finance, and operations. I help leaders understand what is actually driving performance, where risk is accumulating, and which decisions matter most. My background spans enterprise analytics, FP&A, and advisory work across complex, multi brand, multi system environments.

I focus on problems where standard reporting fails. Forecasts that break under uncertainty. KPIs that obscure root causes. Models that look precise but do not hold up in practice. My work emphasizes probabilistic thinking, clear assumptions, and repeatable decision frameworks over volume reporting or decorative dashboards.

I currently run independent advisory and diagnostic work through TrueNorth Insights, with an emphasis on forecasting, KPI integrity, and performance measurement. I am also open to senior analytics and finance leadership roles where analytics directly informs executive decision making.
